Colour options depend on the filament currently available. Add your preferred colour to the order notes and it can be confirmed before printing.

Yes. Use the Custom Quote option and describe what you want, including approximate size, quantity, colour, and what the item needs to do.

The service is Sydney only, and there's currently no courier shipping — every order is handed over locally, either by pickup or a local meet-up, arranged directly with you once your order is confirmed. Because handover happens in person, there's no transit risk to worry about: what you receive is checked and handed to you directly.

Every piece is made to order specifically for you, so once printing has started we're not able to offer a refund or exchange for a simple change of mind — this is standard practice for custom-made goods. If you need to cancel or change something, get in touch before printing begins and there's no issue.

That said, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was agreed, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue and we'll sort out a repair, replacement, or refund.

Custom jobs are priced from factors such as material use, print time, size, and finishing. Use Custom Quote for anything that does not have a fixed price.

Yes. One-off prints are welcome, and there are also bundle and small-batch options for multiple items.
